1) Definitions

  • Chaskah Ltd.: The supplier of the products.
  • You / Buyer: The business purchasing products from us.
  • Products: Goods we supply, including cream/nitro chargers, cylinders, dairy products, and related items.
  • Contract: The agreement formed when your order is accepted.

2) Eligibility, Lawful Use & Age Verification

You must be 18+ to purchase age-restricted goods. Products must not be used for recreational inhalation or any unlawful purpose. We may conduct KYC/age verification and refuse or cancel orders if checks are unsatisfactory.

3) Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A Contract forms when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the Products. We may decline an order due to stock limits, compliance concerns, or pricing errors

4) Product Information

Images and descriptions are illustrative; reasonable variations may occur.You are responsible for ensuring suitability for your intended use and for following all instructions and safety guidance.

5) Prices, VAT & Errors

  • Prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We may correct obvious errors in pricing or product description.
  • If you do not agree to a corrected price, we will cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6) Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is in advance at checkout or pro-forma. For approved trade accounts, payment is due within the agreed credit term. We may charge late payment interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We may suspend further deliveries while any amount remains overdue.

7) Delivery, Risk & Title

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside ourreasonable control. Risk passes on delivery to your address or your carrier. Title passes when wereceive full cleared payment for the Products (and any overdue sums on your account).

8) Inspection, Damage & Returns

Inspect goods on delivery. Notify us in writing within 2 workingdays of any shortages or transit damage (include photos). Faulty items: we will repair, replace orrefund/credit at our option once a manufacturing defect is confirmed. For safety/compliance,pressurised gas cartridges/cylinders and any opened, used, or unsealed items are non-returnable,except where faulty.

9) Safety & Compliance (Pressurised Goods)

Store cylinders/cartridges upright in a cool, dry,well-ventilated place away from heat sources. Do not pierce, incinerate or exceed recommendedtemperatures. You are responsible for: Staff training Safe handling Any site-specific riskassessments Always follow manufacturer instructions and local regulations for transport andstorage.

10) Warranty

We warrant Products will: Conform to their description Be free from material defects atdelivery Except as stated, all warranties and conditions implied by law are excluded to the fullestextent permitted.

11) Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for:
    • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
    • Fraud.
    • Any liability that cannot legally be limited.
    Subject to the above, we are not liable for:
    • Loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill
    • Indirect or consequential loss
    Our total liability per Contract is capped at the price paid for the Products that the claim relates to.

12) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonablecontrol (e.g., supply-chain disruption, courier delays, labour disputes, epidemics, or changes inlaw). We may cancel or fairly allocate available stock.

13) Intellectual Property

All trademarks and materials remain the property of their respectiveowners. No licence is granted except as necessary for normal resale (where applicable).

14) Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate a Contract if you: Breach these Terms Becomeinsolvent Fail to pay on time On termination, all sums become immediately due.

16) General Assignment

  • You may not assign or transfer your rights under the Contract without our written consent.
  • These Terms, together with your order and our confirmation, form the entire agreement between us.
  • Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws ofEngland and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
